Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in the online store:

This enables secure payment with credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express). The buyer does not need to create a PayPal user account to use credit cards. The PayPal payment system is considered one of the most secure payment systems in the world.**After receiving payment according to the offer/pro forma invoice, the order goes into the processing process.

Delivery and delivery price list

Products available in the DUOMOOVEMENT.COM online store are delivered via Pošta Slovenija. The prices for delivery are:

in Slovenija 2,80€
EU countries 5,90€
not an EU countries, but in Europe 6,27€
rest of the world: 6,94€

DELIVERY TIME:

usually: 1-7 business days from receipt of payment
in case of increased volume of work*: 1-15 business days from receipt of payment

*black Friday, or in case of major discounts

During special circumstances, such as promotions and discounts, delivery times may be delayed by a few days more than usual due to increased workload.

Prices and validity of the offer

The prices listed in the online store are irrevocable and only apply when ordering online. The prices are valid at the time of placing the order and have no predetermined validity. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods under the above-mentioned conditions. All prices do not include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Right to withdraw from the purchase, return of goods

The consumer has the right to notify the company in writing of his withdrawal from the contract within 15 days after receiving the goods, without having to state the reason for his decision, to the contact e-mail address: info@duomoovement.com Returning the received goods to the company within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The consumer must then return the goods to the company no later than 30 days after the written notice of withdrawal from the purchase, covering the direct costs of return. The consumer returns the goods to the address: Pikanana, Vojkova cesta 87, 1000 Ljubljana, Nancy Budna s.p. The returned products must be undamaged and in the same quantity. A copy of the order or invoice must be enclosed. After receiving the goods, the provider shall refund all payments made to the consumer in accordance with the law as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the purchase. The only cost that the consumer incurs in connection with the withdrawal from the order is the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

We are confident that you will love your DUOMOOVEMENT STARTER KIT. However, if upon opening you find that the product does not meet your expectations and is not right for you, please send us an email immediately at info@duomoovement.com so that we can check and approve the return of your product. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of the cancellation of the order and 30 days to return the product by post (the postmark must be stamped within these 30 days)

Return Procedure
As long as the products have not been used, we will issue a full refund within 7 days once the item has safely arrived at the DM address/warehouse. Please note that the return costs will have to be covered by the buyer, as DM does not offer free returns.
DM cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the mail, so we recommend using a tracking number service when posting returns.
Did you receive a damaged shipment?
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us at info@duomoovement.com with pictures documenting the fault you discovered within 7 working days of the delivery date.
Please do not send any damaged products back to us, but please email us with pictures and we will inspect them and approve a free replacement if appropriate.
